Autumn is on its way and that can only mean one thing. Yes, that’s right … Fallencia is back!  

This year’s festivities are going to be especially fun, because we’re also celebrating the grand opening of our newest neighborhood park, Verve Park! Come see large heritage oak trees by the lawn, check out the outdoor fitness zone and for the little ones, a playground with all kinds of fun. Not to mention a postcard-worthy view of Magic Mountain in the distance. Families, friends and future neighbors are all invited.

Community residents can pick up a free pumpkin (while supplies last, one per household).
