There is even more outdoor fun on the way at Valencia! Vantage Park and Mesa Park are coming soon, adding new places to swim, gather and enjoy the sunshine close to home.

With inviting pools, barbecue areas and plenty of opportunities to spend time outside, each park will bring something new for Valencia residents to enjoy. Vantage Park is set to open in late 2026, followed by Mesa Park in early 2027.

Vantage Park

Opening in late 2026 just south of Magic Mountain Parkway along Backcountry Avenue, Vantage Park will bring recreation and relaxation together in one inviting setting. A pool and spa will be at the heart of the park, offering a refreshing escape on warm afternoons. Nearby, two barbecue areas will provide places to gather, while the community building will be available by reservation. Four separate green lawns will make it easy to play, relax and enjoy more time outdoors. 

Mesa Park

Picture an easygoing afternoon close to home: a dip in the pool, sunshine overhead and lunch cooking on the barbecue. That is the kind of relaxing escape Mesa Park will bring when it opens in early 2027, between the Sutton and Hollis collections at the end of Mesa Drive. Whether stopping by for a quick swim or settling in for the afternoon, residents will have a welcoming new spot to cool off and catch up. It is a simple addition that will bring even more ways to enjoy life at Valencia.
