Parks & Amenities

We’re planning parks and green spaces that will inspire you to walk, run, ride, swim, play, climb, hang with your neighbors.

Verve Park

Our newest neighborhood park really amps up the fun. With expansive lawns, a kids playground, an outdoor fitness zone and later this year a community lounge you can rent out. There’s also a ValenciaGO mobility hub with EV chargers and a bike share station coming soon. All this, and it connects to the Eastlink greenway too.

Confluence Park

To call Confluence Park just a “park” might be an understatement. Three unique swimming pools encourage everything from amateur splashing to Olympic-scale lap swimming. And one-of-a-kind play structures will keep the kids entertained for hours. Oh, and if you live here and feel like lounging indoors, you’ll be able to rent the clubhouse and do just that. No wonder this popular spot has won so many awards.

Eastlink

The Eastlink greenway: a network of walking, biking, and Neighborhood Electric Vehicle paths that connect to Confluence Park now, and will lead to more parks and open space in the future. There’s also a pump track for those who want some two-wheeled fun, a bike repair stand (for those who maybe had a little too much two-wheeled fun), and a shaded pavilion for relaxing or rehydrating. Cars? Who needs cars?

Riparian Park

Opening late 2025. This LA County Park will be right at the top of Riparian Drive. You’ll be able to leave your car at home and walk, bike, skate or take your NEV instead. There will be basketball courts. A grassy sports field. And of course, another playground for the kids. When we say there are parks in our backyard, we’re not kidding.

Vantage Park

The way we see it, Vantage Park is going to be a great place to play. With a pool and spa. Two BBQ areas. A community building. Four separate green lawns. And the big reason why we gave this park its name — a view terrace where you can soak in amazing vistas. Opening 2026
