There’s a new neighborhood park in our community with a mix of places to gather and play, and it’s been really amping up the energy around here. In fact, people are calling it one of the best local parks the Santa Clarita Valley has to offer.

If you’ve already visited Verve Park, chances are you’re talking about it too. If you haven't, what are you waiting for? Big grassy lawns, a kids playground, a community building (that’ll soon be rentable for Valencia by FivePoint residents), an outdoor fitness zone— there’s something for everyone. Plus, Verve Park connects to the Eastlink Greenway so our residents can easily walk, bike, skate or NEV from home!

Next time you visit Verve Park, try these fun activities recommended by our outdoor living experts: 

1. Challenge your friends to a game of Frisbee Golf
   On Verve Park’s expansive lawn there’s plenty of space for games, sports … and frisbees
   
   

2. Picnic in the shade of an old heritage oak tree
   These preserved trees are an important part of our community’s history. Some are more than 70 years old.
   
   

3. Take your pint-sized adventurer to the kids playground
   Kids love exploring the climbs and slides, and creative play structures. You will too.
   
   

4. Break a sweat doing pull-ups at the outdoor fitness zone
   With all this gorgeous weather we have, treat yourself to an outdoor workout. Then go for a run to get some bonus cardio.
   
   

5. Host a party in the community building
   Residents will be able to reserve this space for parties, meetings and private events. Or maybe just some good old quality you time.
   
   

6. Watch a picturesque sunset over Magic Mountain
   As the Sky Tower and towering roller coasters softly twinkle in the distance, see the sunset and its brilliant color overhead. Ah, how romantic.
