October 4, 2025 marked a special moment for Valencia by FivePoint — the community gathered for its third annual Fallencia, but this year it came with a grand reveal: Verve Park officially opened its doors.
Families arrived to a burst of autumnal charm. The pumpkin patch greeted guests , and stations were set up for pumpkin decorating, crafts, and face painting. Children delighted in meeting live animals at the Lively Little Farm petting pen, while laughter and snapshots echoed from the photobooth.
As Salty Suites strummed live tunes, guests wandered, mingled, and soaked in the crisp fall air. Sweet indulgences — Glazed & Confused donuts and Happy Trails hot & iced cocoa — added to the festive spirit.
This year’s Fallencia was extra special thanks to the unveiling of Verve Park. The new space features a sweeping oak-lined lawn, a fitness/outdoor exercise zone, a playground, and scenic vistas of Magic Mountain. Now joining Confluence Park, Verve strengthens Valencia’s network of parks connected by trails.
Many residents walked or biked in from nearby homes, eager to experience the new park firsthand. The gathering felt like more than a fall celebration — it was a collective welcome to a new shared space.
Fallencia 2025 wasn’t just about seasonal flair — it was an energetic beacon. A moment with neighbors gathering, creating, live music bumping, and shared smiles met something more: the beginning of what Verve Park could mean for community life.
